  25/12/2007:

  • Daisy had been mated on the 19th and 20th of December to Littlethorn Galaxy. This litter will be due around 17th of February 2008.
We has tried this linebreeding, which worked so well in the Littlethorn Kennel, GB, because the puppies were extraordinary good in shape and in temperament. Littlethorn Galaxy has a sound and lovely character, super shape allover, excellent angulations, nice coat and a wonderful movement. We hardly can't wait those 9 weeks until the puppies are born.

  • Travel to England!
After two very hard years without holidays, the buidling of our new house and two litters we bred, it was time to come over, again. Here a report about everything we have seen and where we have been and a lot of pictures!

  08/12/2007:

    Bentley: Intermediate class: Excellent 3

  07/01/2007:

  • Herding Trial in Mank, Austria
Daisy (Class 1) 0 points, we failed at the outrun. I have no idea, why she does the outrun so lovely at home and has problems outside.

  06/17/2007:

  • International dogshow in Salzburg: Bentley got an "excellent1, best in youth class" and gained his second ticket for his Austrian youth champion. What a big success!
  • Daisy was entered in open class and got a "very good", because her coat isn't ready yet and she seemed to be a bit fat. Daisy will be shown in "working class" from the very next show on.

  05/17/2007:

  • Herding Working Exam in Kettenreith
It was Daisy's and my first start at an exam and we passed! We've reached 85 of 100 points and are allowed to enter in working class at shows, we only have to wait for the official certificate from the kennel club of Austria.
I cann't tell how proud I am of my little Daisy, who showed - despite me - good nerves and has worked so concentrated and well. My very special THANK YOU to my trainer Babsi Weinrauch and Mirjam and Günter for helping and supporting me.
Daisy and me will be starting at trials, although we will have a lot of disqualifications, but I have a big problem in starting on exams or tournaments and have to work on that.

  05/06/2007:

  • Clubshow in Upper Austria: Bentley got an "Exc. 2", Elisha a "Very promising 2". It was Michi's and Elisha's first show and they had a very good start.
  • New pics of Elisha, Easy Star and Edition of Piper.

  05/02/2007:

  • New pics of our F-litter at the age of 5 weeks.

  04/22/2007:

  • We have got our first five sheep! It was a lot of work the last weeks, but now our paddock is ready and they love it! Thank you Babs and Alex!!!
We also have got a present of Manu and Wolfi: Four "Indian runner ducks", they are so lovely to look at!

  04/29/2007:

  • Our first start on a trial in Zicksee.
I've been very nervous and made a lot of mistakes, Daisy did work well, was under control in the first run, but we will need a lot of training until we will finish positively. The fetchgate irritated Daisy too much in the first run and in the second the person who stabilized the sheep so that we didn't finish the outrun and gave up.
We've learned a lot and know what to train the next weeks. We will start again, because the situation is very different from the training behind the house with unknown sheep and a different field to work.

  04/15/2007:

  • Bentley and me were at the International Dog show in Wieselburg (A) and reached our first excellent 1, best in youthclass. Thank you for these wonderful pics, Walter!

  04/14/2007:

  04/11/2007:

  • New pics of the puppies. We are very happy with their progress, they are really active and cute babies. Cinderella does a great job and the pups can't await starting to play and run!
The TNS DNA result of Littlethorn Continental (Sire of our F-litter, Daisy and Bentley) is 'normal', so Tally is genetically free of CEA, CL and TNS. --> Pictures

  03/11/2007:

  • Cinderella has given birth to our F-litter. See the first pics --> here!

  03/11/2007:

  • Austrias first show in this year and Bentley got in a big youth class an "excellent 2", Clayton in the open class an "excellent 4".
What a shame the ring was so small that Bentley couldn't even show how well his movement is.
And what a shame that the movement hasn't got any influence in this breed any more!

  03/09+10/2007:

  • Daisy and me had the big pleasure to take part at a herding seminar at the "Schafscheucherhof" of Mirjam and Günther with one of Europes top-handler and top-trainer Serge van der Sweep (NL).
We have made super lessons in leading the dog and learnt a lot.
A big "Thank you", Mirjam and Guenther for your very nice hostage!  --> Picture

  02/17/2007:

  • Cinderella is in whelp!
We're expecting her second, the "F"-litter, around the 24th of March 2007.
You will find more information about the parents with a lot of pictures --> here!
  • At least I have got Bentley moving with the camera, --> here you will find the picture.

  01/25/2007:

  • Cinderella Princess, Burgenland-winner 2005, has been mated on 23rd and 24th of January of Littlethorn Continental, Britisch show champion and worldwinner 2003.
We do hope that she will be in whelp, we'll have an ultrasonic in three weeks. Our F-litter should be born in the last week of March.

  01/22/2007:

  • The puppies are 9 weeks old and are going to leave our home on Saturday, where all the new puppy-owners will meet the first time. Hopefully this will be a very nice day, full of talk and fun. New pictures of the puppies. --> here!
Eva, the owner and breeder of this litter's dad has been with us for three days. It has been very interesting going over each puppy and we're very proud that you like the puppies so much. Thank you, Eva, for all those interesting talks we've had for these many hours.
  • New picture of Dee Jay. He is old enough now to accompany his owners up the highest mountains now.

  01/17/2007:

  • All our puppies have found wonderful homes now. We are happy to welcome the new members of our "Of Green Borderline" family, Mrs. and Mr. Macher and Heidi and Corina.

  01/16/2007:

  • New pics of Double Jack Pot. He is maturing into a lovely and beautiful young man now.
  • New pics of Daisy.
  • New pics of Bentley, who is 12 months old now. He's a real pleasure to live with, always happy, selfsure and so lovely and he is the best mover I've ever seen.

  01/08/2007:

  • We do have wonderful weather here, temperatures up to 15° Celsius so that the puppies can play and we take them for walks to enable them to discover the big new world.
They have got now their first puppy vaccination, their microchip and have been to the eye examination and all are free of hereditary eye diseases.

Entertaining Jack and Edition of Piper still are looking for good caring homes in sportive families who maybe also are interested in shows. Many new pics --> E-litter.
